Lee “Scratch” Perry OD is a Jamaican music producer/Inventor noted for his innovative studio techniques and production values. Perry was one of the pioneers in the development of dub music with his early adoption of effects and remixing to create new instrumental or vocal versions of existing reggae tracks. Perry has worked with Bob Marley and the Wailers, Junior Murvin, the Congos, Max Romeo and many others. This is strictly a 16+ Event. No persons under the age of 16 will be admitted. 16 and 17 year olds will be challenged for proof of age and must be accompanied by a responsible adult (18+). The adult can be responsible for a maximum of 3 16-17 year olds. The adult is responsible for their 16-17 year olds for the entire duration of the event and must be easily located by them and security staff at all times.   The Watering Hole operates a think 25 policy for proof of 18+, please bring an acceptable form of photo ID i.e. Passport or Driving License.
