Joey the Lips gigs are performed as a ‘Show’, rather than solely a rendition of the music. the band enjoys it that way and we hope that comes across to our audiences. It’s now a huge 17 years ‘on the road’ during which the band has played over 1000 gigs throughout the UK and Europe across a huge variety of venues. From TV chat shows to headlining to a 10,000 audience at music festivals. From being booked to support Girls Aloud and Will Young to performing at the British Formula 1 Grand Prix at Silverstone in 2011 and at celebrity weddings, most recently for Eamonn Holmes & Ruth Langsford.
As we are slowly gearing towards winter, the fun doesn’t stop down here, with the extremely talented Joss White playing on Thursday at 9pm with a happy hour also starting at 9pm

Promises to be a great evening
Tonight- Thursday sessions continue, tonight the finest watering hole athletes take on the lifeguards in a 16 team volleyball competition with two guest teams welcome, if anyone wants to join in come on down.
Happy hour from 9-10 followed by the stupendous Blue Horyzon playing us some of their finest tunes.

This is one not to be missed
Due to Love riot tomorrow a BBQ buffet will be on from 6-8pm with normal food from the kitchen finishing at 6pm. The pub will be closed from 8:30pm to anybody who does not have a ticket.
There will be some tickets available on the door, but it will be done very much on a first come first serve system.
The night is strictly an over 18 night, everybody will be ID’d on the door.
Apart from that we are eagerly awaiting the arrival of Love riot with such acts playing like Fred Faulke we are in for a fantastic night.
